Technopathies are diseases caused by the use of new technologies. These 3.0 diseases –as they are also called- are associated with the use of smartphones, computers, tablets, video game consoles and television.


Hearing problems. They arise from listening to music and other content with headphones at a higher volume than recommended. Its repeated use over time causes irreversible damage such as hearing loss, tinnitus, and difficulties in differentiating acute auditory signals.

Visual disturbances. They range from eye strain and dryness, redness to blurred vision, conjunctivitis, and headaches.

Eye breaks. Look up and focus to a distant point every 15 minutes, you will notice how visual discomfort is reduced.

Disconnect between one and two hours before sleeping. We know that it is a daunting task but its benefits are multiple: better rest, tightening of the muscles of the hands and arms, cervical relaxation ...

Schedules with 0 technology. Remember them with your family. Some moments "without the phone" can be the hours of lunch and dinner or other time slots in which to enjoy with ours without being aware of the Internet.

Buy an ergonomic mouse. They avoid affections in the wrists and forearm thanks to the fact that they do not strain any muscles or nerves.
